Visitor Management enables you to gather information about your web site visitors by offering them the facility to register on the web site. If you already have information about visitors then this can be used to upload and create Registered Visitors. Registered user information can only be viewed by authorised edeptive:CMS? users, information you hold can be supplemented from other sources.

Each Registered Visitor record may include profile information that you wish to use to more effectively communicate with that Visitor. Some examples of profile information are:-

• Industry
• Job Role
• Interests
• Location
• Gender

When visitors register on your site they are asked whether they wish to receive occasional updates by email. Visitor Management provides functionality which enables you to download and import full profile information for import into applications for analysis or marketing communication.
